In using the platform and/or its services, all users are deemed to understand and accept the following Terms and Conditions set forth herein. These policies are put in place to ensure equity, security, and responsible use of the platform.

I. GENERAL HOUSE RULES

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • The user acknowledges that the creation of an account through the platform means they agree to be legally bound to the Terms and Conditions set forth below.
  • Any use of the platform indicates the user's acceptance of any modifications or amendments made to the Terms and Conditions from time to time.

2. Eligibility of Users

  • All users of the platform shall be of the appropriate legal age in their jurisdiction.
  • The platform may, at its own discretion, terminate or suspend the user accounts of minors.
  • It is the responsibility of the user to check for their eligibility to use the platform based on local laws.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • Every user is entitled to have one account only on the platform, except when an exception is granted.
  • The responsibility of protecting the confidentiality of your log-in details lies entirely on you as the user.
  • Any action done via a registered account will be taken as personal responsibility from the account holder.
  • Any transfer, sale, sharing, or lending of any account to third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. Fairness and Good Conduct

  • The platform expects all its users to behave in good faith and be fair-minded.
  • Any manipulation or exploitation of the system's promotion process is strictly prohibited.
  • Misbehaving with platform staff members and other users through intimidation, threatening, harassment, and hateful acts may lead to blocking of your account.

5. Platform Rights

  • The platform reserves the right to conduct investigations whenever suspicious activities come to its attention.
  • The platform can suspend, limit, review or terminate permanently accounts that are not adhering to the terms and conditions stated herein.
  • All decisions of the platform with regards to the accounts reviews, promotional offers, and violations of the terms and conditions shall be deemed final.

II. REFERRAL PROGRAM POLICY

6. Referral Program Eligibility

  • Registered users must deposit a minimum amount of Twenty Dollars ($20) for the activation of the referral code, thus making him/her eligible for the referral program.
  • The referred user must register and place a minimum amount of deposit for Twenty Dollars ($20).
  • Only then will the referred user be entitled to receive his/her referral bonus after meeting all the referral requirements.

7. Restrictions on Referral Bonuses

  • There is an upper cap set for all referral bonuses that any individual may get, which amounts to One Hundred Dollars ($100).
  • These referral bonuses shall be treated as non-convertible, meaning that they cannot be withdrawn in form of money from the system.
  • The referral bonus credits can be utilized through the system subject to terms and conditions of the promotion.

8. Detection of Fraudulent Activities

  • It is strictly prohibited to make use of more than one account or duplicate accounts when using this referral program.
  • Referral bonuses can be reviewed, canceled, and even reclaimed by the platform should there arise any suspicion of abuse of the referral system.
  • If any user gets caught making use of fraudulent referral tactics, he/she risks having his/her account disabled permanently.

III. DEPOSIT POLICY

9. Valid Payments

  • Players can make deposits via legitimate payment means registered under their real names only.
  • Players cannot make any third-party payments, unauthorized payments, or use any other people's bank accounts for deposits.
  • Any suspicious activities related to players' payment methods will result in immediate rejection or return of deposits.

10. Minimum Deposit

  • The minimum amount of money players should deposit is twenty dollars ($20) unless otherwise indicated by the platform or special promotions.
  • The minimum deposit amount can change according to the operational conditions at the discretion of the platform.

11. Deposit Procedure

  • Deposits will typically reflect in player's balances almost instantly upon transaction confirmation.
  • Transaction processing can take additional time due to banking providers, payment gateways, blockchain network, and other factors not controlled by the platform.
  • The platform is not responsible for any possible lags caused by external payment providers or technological failures.

12. Accuracy of Deposit Details

  • The User bears full responsibility for ensuring that all payment details and transaction details provided are correct and complete.
  • Failure to submit accurate, complete, and valid details can lead to delays, failed transactions, or restriction of the User's Account.

13. Identity and Compliance

  • The Platform is entitled to request documentation proving User's identity, ownership, payment confirmation, or any other compliance details prior to processing some deposits or performing certain actions in the Account.
  • Refusal or failure to submit any necessary document within a reasonable period of time may cause delays, restrictions, or suspension of the Account.

14. Non-Transferability of Funds

  • Deposited funds are personal and non-transferable and can be accessed exclusively by the registered User.
  • The User is prohibited from selling, transferring, giving away, trading, or in any way sharing their Account balance with another User.

15. Transaction Costs

  • All relevant fees including transaction fees, banking fees, currency conversion fees, blockchain network costs, and any other costs charged by payment providers will fall upon the Player unless specified otherwise by the Platform.
  • Any third-party transaction costs will not be covered by the Platform.

16. Deposit Restrictions

  • The platform reserves the right to deny, restrict, withhold, or review any deposits in order to ensure security, comply with any laws, protect from fraud, or mitigate risks.
  • Any deposits which may be linked to suspicious activity, money laundering, or unlawful conduct will be held pending an investigation.

IV. WITHDRAWAL POLICY

17. Withdrawal Qualification

  • Players must have wagered at least fifty percent (50%) of their total deposits before being qualified to withdraw funds.
  • Non-compliance with the required wagering qualification may lead to withdrawal denial.

18. Withdrawal Procedure

  • All withdrawals must be credited to the same payment provider through which the initial deposit was made.
  • The time for processing each withdrawal request may vary.
  • There is no guarantee that withdrawal requests are completed within a certain timeframe.

19. Verification Requirement for Withdrawals

  • The platform retains its right to request further identity verification documentation prior to any withdrawal procedure.
  • This may include official government issued ID, proof of address, proof of account ownership, selfie verification, or any other documentation deemed necessary.

20. Withdrawal Process – Review and Restrictions

  • Requests for withdrawal can be delayed, halted, denied or withdrawn in instances of suspected fraudulent activity, suspicious withdrawal attempts, account abnormalities, bonus misuse and policy violations.
  • The platform has the right to perform a security review before releasing the requested funds.
  • Any attempt to work around the security measures or withdrawal system will lead to permanent account closure.

V. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

21. Service Availability

  • Although the aim is to offer users uninterrupted services, it is impossible to guarantee constant availability owing to maintenance, technical glitches, etc.
  • The platform shall be relieved from liability for any loss or damages incurred due to technical disruptions, server crashes, delayed payments, and unauthorized access.

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS

22. Changes and Modifications

  • The platform reserves the right to alter and update these terms of service any time.
  • Users are therefore urged to check periodically for changes made to the Terms and Conditions.

23. Enforcement and Final Resolution

  • Violation of these terms of conditions will attract consequences such as warning notices, temporary or permanent restrictions on the account including suspension and forfeiture of bonuses.
  • All decisions made by the platform concerning disputes, policy violations, promotions and account status will be final.

24. Agreement

  • By continuing to access and use the platform, the user confirms full understanding and acceptance of all rules, policies, and conditions stated herein.
