1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sweepstakes platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Game Rules & All Sales Final
All seat purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing seats, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Winners are selected through a provably fair cryptographic draw system. The house retains a percentage of each pot as a service fee (displayed per room). Results can be independently verified.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
Funds deposited to your wallet are used solely for participation in games. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and processing times. We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for money laundering or fraudulent purposes; (b) create multiple accounts; (c) use automated tools, bots, or scripts; (d) exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; (e) harass, threaten, or abuse other users; (f) attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
7. Provably Fair System
All draws use a commitment-reveal cryptographic scheme with optional Bitcoin blockchain entropy. Before each round, a secret hash is committed. After the round locks, the secret is revealed and combined with seat entries and external entropy to deterministically select a winner. All proof data is publicly available for independent verification.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be subject to review before release.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
